Ingredients


Makes: 16 servings
  • 16 1/4" slices baguette (approximately half a baguette)
  • 1/3 C (80 ml) olive oil
  • 1/3 C (13 C) dark Belgian chocolate
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) olive oil, for garnish
  • Sea Salt (Grinder), coarsely ground to taste

Preparation


 
  • Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C).
  • Lightly brush baguette slices with oil and place on Sheet Pan lined with parchment paper. Bake approximately 10 minutes, until golden on each side.
  • Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle each with approximately 1 tsp (5 ml) dark Belgian chocolate. Return to oven for an additional 2 minutes. Remove.
  • Add a drop of oil and coarsely grind Sea Salt over each. Serve.
